Exclusive Cover

Our Exclusive Cover warranty policy covers almost all mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle. The exceptional level of protection provides parts and labour cover for almost all the mechanical and electrical components.

The components listed below are covered for mechanical and electrical failure, and comprise of the listed parts. Any part not specifically mentioned is not covered.

Bodywork, paintwork, trims, upholstery and windows: Bodywork panels and bumpers, door handles, folding roofs and folding roof frames and mechanisms, glass and non-glass windows, hinges, interior and exterior trims, lifting struts, paintwork, seat frames and upholstery, sunroofs and sunroof mechanisms, tonneaus and other interior and exterior covers and associated mechanisms, weather seals and windscreens.

Computer software and firmware:

Upgraded or revised software and firmware, including software and firmware patches and updates, relating directly or indirectly to any components of your vehicle.

Telephone systems:

Aerials, display screens, microphones, telephone and Bluetooth components internally and externally linked to the head unit, SIM card holders, CD holder and loudspeakers.

Miscellaneous components:

Auxiliary drive belts, brackets and mountings, cables, casings (unless they have been damaged as the result of the breakdown of a part), diesel glow plugs, electrical connectors, engine covers, engine starting battery and all other batteries, fuel and fuel lines, fuses, heating elements and aerials integral with glass windows, hoses and pipes, hose clips and pipe connectors, light bulbs and high-intensity discharge tubes (xenon), non-factory fitted alarms and immobilisers, alarm entry switches, road wheels, spark plugs, wiper blades, wiring looms and any components not approved by the manufacturer and fitted by them, or fitted by their agents, when your vehicle was new and before it was first used.

Servicing and maintenance related components:

All components and fluids which require periodic replacement as part of the manufacturer's recommended servicing (including but not limited to): anti-freeze, brake fluid, filters, grease, oils, sparking plugs and refrigerants), clutch covers, clutch friction plates, clutch release bearings, brake drums and brake discs and brake friction materials (brake pads and brake shoes), exhaust pipes and exhaust pipe gaskets, flywheels that have been damaged by worn clutch friction plates, and tyres.

Important notes:

Sundries such as coolants, filters, fluids, lubricants, oils and other working materials will be covered provided the vehicle is not within 1,000 miles of its next due service, and to include refrigerants, all provided their replacement is necessitated by a valid claim. If your vehicle is fitted with a clutch operating cable this will be covered.

To save timely negotiation all our cars are heavily discounted upfront and offered nearer cost price, saving customers up to £2000 when compared to our competition. This ensures we are treating every customer the same. This fee is a compulsory fee and applies to all customers.

Variable admin fee is charged as listed below:

  1. Retail customers pay £199.
  2. Repeat customers purchasing a 2nd car within 12 months of the original invoice date £0
  3. Retail customers arranging finance using brokers outside of our immediate panel of lenders £499
  4. Trade customers making a purchase as the motor trade £549
  5. Export customers including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland £599
