Where To Find Hidden Easter Eggs in Cars

Discover the secrets hiding in many popular models!

With chocolate and bank holidays fast approaching, it’s the time of year when hunting for treats is an activity that many of us get involved with. Fancy extending your search for hidden treasures beyond your home and garden to the driveway too? Many car manufacturers conceal ‘Easter eggs’ around their vehicles, such as items or messages that can be discovered within various models. We’ve compiled a list of some of our favourite Easter eggs - is there one hidden in your car - read on to find out more.

Hyundai Genesis

Kicking off with one of the coolest on the list is the Hyundai Genesis - simply click the keyfob, watch the wing mirrors fold out, and see the brand’s logo projected onto the ground on the driver’s side.

Jeep Renegade

Meet the friendly spider sitting beneath the fuel cap of the Jeep Renegade. He’s quite chatty - a speech bubble with ‘ciao baby’ can be seen next to him!

If you’re interested in more than just the Jeep Renegade’s hidden Easter egg, you can currently find a selection of these fantastic cars at West Motors: browse them here

Tesla Model S

In true Tesla style, their Easter egg is tech-based; if you press and hold the logo on the touchscreen in the model S, and tap in ‘007’ when prompted, the white Lotus Espirit from The Spy Who Loved Me appears!

Skoda Octavia

Ever practical, Skoda have made their Easter egg useful as well as satisfying to find - in many models, you’ll find an ice scraper hidden in the petrol cap.

Volvo XC90

Another little 8-legged creature to discover, this time in the Volvo XC90 under the lid of the armrest storage bin between the driver and the passenger seat.

Vauxhall Corsa

If you’ve ever wondered how many sharks you can fit into a Vauxhall Corsa, the answer is one very small one - it’s a picture of a shark that can be found hidden in a variety of potential locations around the car. The manufacturers have kept us on our toes (or fins) with this one.

Jaguar E-Pace

Walking across the bottom of the windscreen of the Jaguar E-Pace is a Jaguar and its cub - very cute!

Jeep Wrangler

Another great Easter egg from Jeep - in some Wrangler models, you can see a small depiction of the original military-based ‘Willys’ Jeep in some alloy wheel designs, which was developed for World War II.

We tend to indulge at Easter, and if you fancy treating yourself to a brand new set of wheels, we can help at West Motors. Browse our extensive range of makes and models online - you can even reserve your dream car in just a few clicks! Get started here
